Tucked away a few short miles from Hay on Wye you will find this beautiful house, full of Welsh charm from the slate tiles and oak floors, to the Welsh woollen blankets and curtains.

The vibe is laid back and rural, with country views across the impressive Black Mountain range and the private lake. The Welsh Border town of Hay on Wye is just three miles away, easily managed by bicycle, with a large array of independent shops, and of course its world famous book festival, of which there are now two each year, one in May and one in November.
