If you want peace & quiet away from the hustle & bustle of Boscastle village then this is the place for you.. The views are lovely, in dry, warm weather it must be idyllic; we had a very mixed & generally cool week but the warmth of the cottage made up for what the weather lacked!
The enchanting Minster church is so worth a visit but if you are able to, go on foot as its only a short stroll from the farm.
The cottage is very well geared up to cooking & eating there with plenty of pans, a good cooker & very efficient hob. The washer & tumble dryer, together with the dish washer made life so easy.
On our arrival we were welcomed with milk, eggs, bread, scones, locally made jam, Cornish clotted cream & some fresh flowers which lasted all week! It was all very clean & tidy & lots of leaflets & literature gave us an insight in to what was around us. A lovely large grassed area, enclosed with a picnic table makes it ideal for outside eating in the warmer days; we managed a glass of wine one evening after our only sunny & warm day but the tranquil position is such a delight.
