You could easily spend your days lounging around this home, but the Cornish west coast is too beautiful to miss. The seaside town of Marazion is just a ten-minute walk away and upon reaching its beach, you'll be doing a double-take as to whether you're really still in the UK. With glistening clear blue seas and white sand beaches, spending the day here is easily done. And for the full experience, we highly recommend a classic Cornish pasty or fish and chips on the beach for a satisfying lunch.

Return home and wash off the sand in your outdoor shower before enjoying a few drinks in the garden. The barbecue is ready to go to cook up a feast, or you could enjoy a homecooked dinner around the dining table inside if the weather starts to chill. There's nothing more homely than gathering around with family and friends in a Cornish cottage, while the traditional fireplace warms you up from the inside out.
