The most amazing and welcoming hosts... we have stayed here previously in 2017 and had a fabulous time then too. The house is huge, beautifully set out, homely, really well equipped. The hot tub is fabulous. The owners are so friendly and helpful and would do anything to make your stay perfect. We love it and will 100% be back.

A fabulous week away.. The house was amazing. So big even with a party of 11 it never felt crowded. The hot tub and gardens where lovely and kept the kids occupied for the whole stay. George the owner was on hand each day and would come check the hot tub every morning. We all can’t wait to go back again. Thank you again George your house is truly beautiful.

The accommodation is huge - with the equivalent of 3 kitchens! The grounds are immaculate and also huge (2 acres of lawns). The owners are extremely helpful and recommended riding stables and other local interests.

We were a group of 10 adults with 3 children and the house was perfect for us.. Plenty of room indoors and out for us all. The place is absolutely beautiful, the photo’s do not do it justice. There is literally everything you need in the house to enjoy your stay, the owners even left toys in there for the kiddies. It was very clean and very comfortabl. We would definitely stay there again!

Twelve of us spent the weekend here, celebrating my 50th birthday.. Ages ranged from 16 - 79 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had a fun filled time. The property far exceeded our expectations, from the snooker table, dartboard and hot tub - everything was a hit. We also enjoyed our evening at the local pub - The Nancy Inn. Thank you George for looking after us so well, we hope to come back soon. Jane

The cottage was better than expected when we arrived and the owners were friendly and welcoming.. Good location to get to places in yorkshire but still plenty in the house to do when we stayed in. Overall I would recommend staying at the cottage to anyone and would happily book it again.

From the very first moment when we received the key we felt welcome, the cottage was booked for our party of 8 and the property was perfect with good sized bedrooms and lovely bathrooms including pristine towels and bedding.. Space in the cottage was plentiful and we made use of all the amenities including the hot tub, snooker room and gym. We cooked a Christmas dinner for one night of our stay and there was lots of pots, pans and utensils plus a massive utility room and a second giant larder. The dining area was very comfortable and when all the log burners where lit in the lounge, kitchen and dining room it was so cosy. There was plenty of room for parking and the cottage is well placed in a lovely village with two pubs to visit. What a find!!!

This place is perfect for a large family to stay and explore east Yorkshire. Theres room to find your own space, be it in the cosy lounge, country kitchen, one of two conservatories, grown up games room, beautiful bedrooms or of course relaxing hot tub. Walking distance to the pub but we found it hard to leave this inviting property and cooked and dined in style in the kitchen at the heart of the house and the more formal dining room too. I don't give 5 out of 5 easily, well done Bramhill Barns!

We were a large family group aged from under 1 to 70 years old. The six bedrooms were therefore of great importance. Bramhill Barns is a magnificent conversion of old farm buildings. Loads of space, sitting areas etc. plus the huge bonus of a hot tub room with lovely sitting area attached and that full size snooker table which was much used by my three sons and their old dad. The large garden was marvellous for the grandchildren. We enjoyed a decent Sunday lunch at the local Nancy Inn which is about 10 minutes walk away. The accommodation was extensively fitted out with modern appliances and really, we lacked for nothing at all. The house was beautifully warm. A lovely place to stay and quite charming owners who live locally. The "arrival pack" of some wine and a delicious cake was a delightful surprise. I would recommend Bramhill Barns without any reservation at all. A fabulous and very happy weekend away.

Bramhill Barns is a wonderful house ran by a lovely couple. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be going back if I can get a week after all recommendations I've given!

Bramhill Barns was absolutely fantastic, we had a lovely family holiday there. It was very big, with lots of areas where you could go to, like the sun room and hot tub, snooker room with dartboard and different parts of the garden. The older children liked the ducks (who like to eat lettuce not bread) and there were lots of board games to keep them happy. The owners were very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge, and we will definitely be going back again.
