The interior is ultra-modern, and you'll love the open-plan living space that's perfect for socialising. If the weather is chilly then you can curl up on the sofa and admire the vista from indoors, thanks to the huge windows framing the sea. However, if the sun is shining, we think you'll want to spend most of your time outside, breathing in the salty air and perhaps sipping a glass of Cornish craft gin and tonic. And, kids and teens will love playing in the games room, while the grown-ups soak in the alfresco hot tub – perfection.

The local beach is only 100m away, where you can dip your toes in the water or perfect your paddleboarding skills. When you get hungry or thirsty, the local pub is a ten-minute walk up the hill where you can enjoy some traditional hospitality. And, if you fancy doing some exploring, lace up your boots and join the nearby South West Coastal Path to admire the epic views.
