The cottage is perfect and is located in a wonderful place.. Literally a short stroll to the beach and access to fantastic coastal walks in both directions. Thanks to Caroline the cottage is immaculately presented and has all the amenities that you could need. Caroline even popped round to see us to check that all was OK for us - a nice touch. Everywhere is dog friendly which made our stay even better. We can highly recommend The Cornish Arms for its friendly atmosphere and great food. The Harlyn Inn, just across the car park from the cottage, is also a good place for a well-earned drink after a long walk! Padstow is just a short drive away and is a delight. We also popped over to Rock on the ferry which was also very nice. We’ve certainly enjoyed a fantastic stay and will certainly be returning next year!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful cottage it has everything you need home from home and with the beach only 2 min away our dog loved it Caroline called in on us to make sure everything was ok so would like to say thank you would definitely be going back..

The house was beautiful, located in a lovely part of Cornwall, went for the Christmas festival which once again amazing even though it rain most of the time, to come back to lovely house made it all worth while, cosy, warm, clean, all the comforts of home.. Disappointed and surprised to find there is no habit of recycling at this cottage - we have been staying in and around Padstow for many years and normally are requested to seperate stuff for collection..

This was our third visit.. The cottage is spotless. The cottage is tastefully furnished, comfortable and homely. Everything has been thoroughly thought of from kitchen facilities to lovely cosy bedding. We love Harlyn Bay but you are also close to other beautiful beaches. The cottage is dog friendly and so is the beach. We love it.

Cosy holiday home, just as described.. Clean and comfortable. Very handy for the beach and clifftop walks, if you're looking to get away and have minimal use of the car then this is the place for you. St Merryn and Padstow have all you need and they are only a short drive away.

Seaspray is the ideal cottage for visiting Harlyn Bay, it’s location is perfect for spending time surfing and visiting sites of interest around Cornwall.. The accommodation is well appointed with nice furnishings and fittings, the beds are a delight, it is also very clean. We have stayed in smaller older cottages and larger more modern buildings, but we found in preference we liked this house the best.

Everything was great from start to finish.. Never booked with Sykes before, but was very impressed with the customer service, and information provided prior and in the lead up to the holiday. Beverley the owner proactively got in touch a few days before with more information, and Caroline who manages and cleans the property was very friendly and helpful during the stay. Loved the holiday, loved the house, and have already booked for next year! many thanks!

This cottage has everything that you could possibly need, and I mean everything! From a box of toiletries in the bathroom to a sewing kit in the kitchen. There was even a cupboard with dog food and treats in it. The Harlyn Inn is very close by and the food was lovely. Best of all, the beach was right on the doorstep. Definitely worth another visit.

The location of this cottage to a stunning beach is brilliant.. A Very dog friendly and comfortable cottage, with a outside shower which was great for cleaning the dogs off before coming inside. The secure enclosed back garden was also great. Cottage it self was tastefully decorated in a seaside theme, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the location to other places to visit Padstow & Port Issac, also fog friendly places. We had a wonderful week by the sea.

Lovely accomodation, cleanest holiday accommodation ever stayed in.. Attention to detail wonderful, loved extra touches like welcome pack, dog biscuits, DVDs, board games. Outside shower a real bonus after days at the beach. Furnished lovely.
