The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a rear, terraced garden with furniture, and roadside parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.7 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. 1 Rose Cottage is a charming base for a family break to Dorset. Note: The staircase is steep and unsuitable for those with limited mobility; please be careful. Note: There are steps in the garden and 1 step up into the front of the property; please supervise children at all times. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
