Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

We stayed here for a week in March. Unfortunately, the landlady was not on site when we arrived, but the keys were handed over without any problems. The rooms are spacious and absolutely sufficient. The rooms also have large closets that offer enough storage space for luggage. The kitchen is cozy and invites you to cook and play cards together - the equipment left nothing to be desired. We would come back.

We spend a week in the Haus Holaus in week 7 2022. It was a pleasent stay with a friendly host. C. H. was very good in the communication, and al was as agreed. We are very happy to agree with the good reviews! Were with our 2 children (9j.+14j) in the apartment. Due to the 3 available bedrooms, everyone had a retreat. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom with the large shower was very pleasant. But above all, the good beds should be highlighted. We all slept wonderfully. There is nothing to complain about in the apartment - it has everything you need. A mirror in the hallway would look good in the apartment :). We would like to come again !

The apartment is in perfect condition! Very modern furnishings and the pictures correspond to reality. Sufficient sockets available. Crockery for 8 people, including egg cups, available. Furthermore, egg cooker, blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker ..... Very quiet location and parking in front of the house ... Nice big balcony with seating ... Very friendly and child-loving landlord ... We were there for the 2nd time and we felt very comfortable and welcome again
