We enjoyed the outside space and the barn conversion was light and airy and very comfortable.. Close proximity to the camel trail and near Bodmin and Wadebridge . The owners were very friendly and wanted us to have a good holiday. Hospitality included a very warm welcome from them and included a provisions pack including wine and home made cream tea. We have already booked to stay again early next summer

Had a wonderful holiday at Higher Kernick Barn, a great base to explore Cornwall from.. The cottage was spotless and the small touches like a cream tea on arrival and fresh eggs made it really special, would love to return!

The barn was very comfortable and had everything you could want.. Home from Home! Kim and Mary- Clare had thought of little touches like having warm scones ready when we arrived as well as a few provisions. There was also a box of doggy things in case you forgot to bring. The garden was fully enclosed so we had peace of mind when letting our dog out. This was the ideal base for a really relaxing holiday.

A brilliant holiday, as usual - this being our 4th visit.. The hosts are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble to enable guests to enjoy their holiday.
