This is a newly built house (2020), everything still looks new and the landlords are very nice. It is a 4 person house with 2 bedrooms for 2 people, a spacious living room with kitchen, separate toilet, large bathroom and large terrace. The house is on the first floor. It is a 10 minute walk to the rastkogelbahn (30m down) and unfortunately has no heating in the ski storage room. The house has underfloor heating but no thermostat anywhere so it was very warm.
