Gudrun

Landlords are nice and helpful. The apartment could use some renovation. Cleanliness is different (cobwebs on the ceiling in the hallway, used socks from the previous tenant in the bed box)

A spacious house in a beautiful location in the village.

We enjoyed our stay in house Gudrun. With a central location in Otztal and the shops, bus stop, mini golf, ... nearby this is a top location. The house is fine, the photos show correctly how it looks: somewhat dated, but equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The house is in a great location near the Aqua House. A big disadvantage for us, which you will not read in the description, was that the ground floor of the house is a private apartment and the rented part of the house is on the 1st and 2nd floor with access via very steep stairs. The husband has difficulty walking with a cane, so it was difficult for him to get upstairs. very pleasant and helpful lady of the house.

Fantastic location with only 100 meters to everything: ski bus to Sölden, grocery store, bakery and restaurant. The floor was fully equipped but with only two toilets and three showers for a total of 10 beds. A bit rustic but affordable.

Everything was good, clean, host very accommodating. :)

We were 9 people in this house. Everyone had their own place. Everything was a little dated but everything functioned. House was nice and warm. Parking space right in front of the door. Friendly owner. Daughter lives at the bottom of the house with kids and smokes a lot. So you walked through a smoke screen every morning and evening to your house (1st and 2nd floor) Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Incredibly beautiful and clean and a nice spa within walking distance.

We had a good holiday at Haus Gudrun. The house has plenty of space and beautiful, large bedrooms. The balcony was a bit cramped. The plumbing was somewhat dated. The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful! We also really liked the central yet quiet location.

We were already for the 2nd time in the accommodation. This time with 8 adults and a baby. Key handover and all other information top. Ski bus and shops can be reached in less than 1 minute. Value for money unbeatable!

The apartment had everything you need on a skiing holiday.

We were for the second time in this holiday home and we liked it again. Well located in the heart of Längenfeld. Fully furnished house. Property is less suitable for tall people.

Lovely house fully equipped. Double toilet very practical with the number of bedrooms. Also 3 showers were very nice! Shops and restaurant around the corner. Great base for walks!

Very nice, centrally located apartment with comfortable furnishings. Bakers, supermarkets, restaurants and the thermal baths are within easy walking distance. Nice landlady who tries to fulfill every wish. We will definitely come back again.

We liked it very much. The apartment is ideal if you are traveling with several families or friends. The furnishings are rather simple, but everything you need is there and everything works. Something for people who value "cozy" more than "modern" or "stylish".
