This delightful Greek villa is located in the green, piney hills of Lithakia, just above Laganas Bay, on the island of Zakynthos. Just a six-minute walk to the local bakery café where you can pick up traditional Greek pastries before spending the morning wandering the land around the villa picking fresh fruits including figs, pomegranates, grapes, oranges, and lemons. Then, enjoy a delicious breakfast under the shade of the Mulberry tree.

Spend the day lounging in the sun and cooling off in your own private pool or take a trip to one of the many beaches not far away including Koukla – just a six-minute drive or thirty-two-minute walk away.

Within a three-minute drive from this home, you can reach the Olive Press Museum, a traditional family business that began in 1850. Further afield, just a twenty-three-minute drive away, you can reach Zakynthos Town where you can see Agios Dionisios Church, visit Daphni Nesting Beach – known for its loggerhead turtles, or even enjoy a wine tasting at Solomos Wines. Plus, for adventurous family days out, the Zante Water Village waterpark is only a seventeen-minute drive away from your door.

Return home in the evening to cook dinner on the barbecue, marinating your souvlaki in spices and fresh lemon juice before dining alfresco. Then, head up to the veranda to sip wine as you watch the sunset over the unparalleled view of Marathonisi Island (Turtle Island).

*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – free parking is available on-site
*Though there’s enough bed space for nine people here, we’d recommend a maximum guest count of eight as the single pull-out sofa bed is on the small side
*Two kitchens and separate entrances allow this home to be used as two 'independent' apartments
*Bedding and towels are provided every four days
*A concierge service and pool maintenance are provided
