With views like these, you can see why we fell in love with this converted cave house on the Santorini coast. Whatever you get up to, the sea will be your backdrop here – from dips in the Jacuzzi and sundowners on the terrace, to small get-togethers in the living space. The design is understated, letting the classic Cycladic style do all the talking. It's not the biggest, but we think it packs quite the punch. As for location, you're within striking distance of Fira, while the must-visit village of Oia is about a twenty-minute drive away.
