This villa is less than 200 metres from Gennadi, known for its crystal-clear waters. Shops, cafes and restaurants are just a short stroll away too, so the location is super convenient. Back at the villa, you can relax in the sun by the private pool in the garden surrounded by grape vines, citrus, banana and fig trees. There’s a shaded veranda perfect for alfresco meals or evening drinks, too. Or cook some Greek food in the kitchen – it’s a little dated, but it has everything you need. This place is ideal for a comfortable break.

*This villa is all on one level.
*This villa may be accessible for wheelchair users – please check with the host. To access the villa, there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside one step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The double bedroom door is 75cm wide and the ensuite door is 63cm wide. The door leading to the lounge and kitchen is 80cm wide.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested at the time of booking, and you’ll need to bring your own cot linen.
