A short stroll from Plaka Beach, this Naxos villa is an easy win for laid-back summer living. The private pool, rooftop terrace and garden BBQ area mean you’ve got everything you need to settle in and stay put. A modern, open-plan space flows straight out onto the pool and the three-level layout works well for families or friends needing their own space. The top floor suite has its own balcony and access to a rooftop that offers spectacular coastal views (arguably the best spot in the house). Outside, thing grilled dinners under the pergola and lazy afternoons by the pool. And when you do head out, Plaka Beach is just 350 metres away, with Naxos Town a short drive.

*The villa is spread across three levels, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

*While the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.

*The outside space is partially overlooked by the neighbouring home. There's a chance you might see a neighbour or two, so it doesn't feel completely private.

*Two of the bedrooms have two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed or kept separate.

*Housekeeping and a linen change once a week are included in your stay.

*The swimming pool isn't fenced.

*There is private parking at this home. Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
