Inside, minimalist design keeps the focus on the view – a double bed faces the endless blue, while the living, dining and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together in one airy space. Slide open the doors and step onto the terrace, where a private pool, sun loungers and a shaded dining area set the scene for slow mornings and barbecue evenings. And the best part? The crystal-clear waters of Falassarna Beach are just 800 metres away.

*This may be best suited to couples or a small family with one child – privacy within the sleeping space is limited as the bed sits within the main living area.

*The sofa converts into a single bed suitable for a child rather than an adult.

*The home is part of a complex, alongside two other villas. While each property is private and autonomous, there are neighbouring villas nearby.

*There are external stairs down to the home entrance.

*A car is recommended for reaching shops, restaurants and exploring the wider area.

*The swimming pool can be heated upon request for free between 15th September and the end of November, and then from March until the end of May. Your host needs at least three days' notice. Kindly note that the heated pool isn't available during the summer, due to the naturally high temperatures.
