But though the sandy shores a ten-minute walk away is a major draw, there's plenty else to experience around here. The Vouliagmeni Lake, with its thermal springs, can be found in minutes, and you can walk to the restaurant-line square of Vouliagmeni in under ten. The home is spacious, bright and well-kept, with a little balcony for alfresco meals and peaceful reading.

*Though a car isn't essential, you'll find parking here should you choose to hire one. *For those with reduced mobility, this is a single-level home with an external lift. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. *The garden is shared with the building's other residents. *Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home. *You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started.
