This studio apartment on the Port of Piraeus is ideal for a coastal break to Athens. Though a small family could be accommodated here, thanks to the double sofa bed, we think it's best for a couple or even a solo traveller. The kitchen is best suited to lighter bites, but you’ll find plenty of restaurants on your doorstep – plus there’s a balcony for sipping sundowners. Location-wise, you'll find the Archaeological Museum of Piraeus nearby, while Freatida and Votsalakia beaches can be reached by bus.
Home truths: *Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings may differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*Although there's enough space here for four people – with two guests sleeping on a sofa bed – we think it'll feel a little cramped. We suggest a maximum guest count of two.
*This home is located in an apartment building. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.
*You won't find an oven here, but there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Please respect the building's quiet hours. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor.
*The TV doesn't have cable, but there is a Chromecast for streaming.
