Alexorella Scherwin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Location = great (near water, distance to Oostsee = 3/4 std. Size = Plenty of room for 6 persons Furniture = fair (not good / not bad) Cleanliness = Poor (complete house needs to be throughly cleaned) !! We ordered sheets / blankets (cost 66€) 1 day before leaving to go to the house we received a call from the local contact person, they could not deliver the sheets/blankets which we had already paid for. Contact person said he would contact owner for a refund we never received.

Communication so far ok. Unfortunately not a "non-smoking house" as advertised - cold smoke is still noticeable. Dirty on arrival - there are also cleaning rags! It says: final cleaning included! I have no idea when this house was last allowed to experience this! The house is a bit old, a renovation would be appropriate - some defects (shower rods). Heating worked conditionally. Beds = hammocks. Predecessors left rubbish, towels and empty bottles - not nice!

The house and garden offer a lot of space, especially the kitchen and bathroom were not clean. The handover of the keys was very difficult, after an hour of unsuccessful attempts the responsible gentleman finally answered his phone and then complained about the disturbance....all in all what a great deal Large families and people who don't value comfort and cleanliness.

The fridges hadn't been cleaned and there were still groceries from the previous tenant in the freezer. The sink and shower in the small bathroom were not cleaned. I just cleaned it with bathroom cleaner.

We have been guests in the "Alexorella" house for years. The layout of the house is ideal for vacations with friends and family. Two bathrooms, kitchens and terraces! Both residential units are connected by a lockable door. So everyone can go on holiday individually, but also spend time together. The house deserves three stars. If you expect five stars, this is not the place for you! But everything is there that you need for a relaxing holiday. Environment, excursions great!

The beds were ok. The living/dining room was also okay. The bathrooms and the kitchen were in a desolate state of cleaning and completely worn.

The property is large and surrounded by a hedge. Car parking space is too narrow and too small.

Very spacious and lots of open space. Clean kitchen, bathroom needs improvement. Renovation shower necessary. Parking lots too small. For arrivals in the colder seasons it should be preheated!

We felt very comfortable. Lots of space for children and the path to the playground or the lake is very short. We recovered very well.

Everything okay. Little things had to be done. As always, we felt comfortable. Takeaway right very good. Thanks to Mr. T. for tips and always in a good mood at the lake.

Pleasant accommodation with everything you need for a vacation. Very nice environment with water and nature.

The accommodation is not bad as such, unfortunately a bit built up and not really maintained.
