A very beautiful and spacious farmhouse. Very clean, well-equipped, and a friendly landlady. Ideal for families with children. Very quiet location. There is one small drawback, however: hot water is only available between 10 and 11 a.m. I spoke to the landlady about this, and she promised to remedy the situation, but nothing happened, so we're giving it "only" 4 stars. The internet connection worked occasionally.

I visited Bischofsmais with my hiking group for the third time and stayed at the Mader holiday home. There's nothing to complain about the location. Spacious and comfortable, yet quaint. The scenery is magnificent, and the hiking and recreational opportunities are endless. Only the town of Bischofsmais is a bit boring—there's only one inn/restaurant, and it's only open a few hours a day, and only in the evenings. But that's not the holiday home's fault. The holiday home is great. We'll be back.

A very beautiful, spacious house with outdoor space and plenty of places to relax. The managers are extremely friendly and helpful, and they respect our privacy. We felt very comfortable here!

This spacious holiday farm is ideal for children and dogs, as the courtyard is enclosed. A great barbecue area and a covered barbecue area are also available.

Our group has been travelling together for 15 years and every few years we go to a new place. Always with some tension and uncertainty. We all really liked the Mader house, the option of having a private "playground" in the courtyard when the weather was nice was first class. Spacious rooms and decent bathrooms plus a large living room, everything is perfect. Perhaps a fully automatic coffee machine would be nice instead of the filter machines.

It was a thoroughly successful holiday. Nobody can be blamed for the bad weather.

We (2 families) had a great time in this house. The manager of the two apartments was very friendly and helpful at all times. The billing of the additional costs was as described in the advert and understandable. The accommodation is much more comfortable in real life than the pictures suggest. The area around it also has a lot to offer. We would love to come back.

From grandchildren to grandparents, everyone has found a place in this spacious holiday home. Great property for larger groups and a very nice landlady!!!

The accommodation is very spacious, everything is sufficiently available in the house and especially in the kitchen. Everything is clean and, if rather simple, tastefully and practically furnished.

Good location right on the edge of the forest, very spacious, large courtyard and large, covered patio with barbecue. To complain about was that the dishwasher was broken the whole week and it was not possible to repair it in a timely manner.

We love the large, private courtyard with the shelter where you can have a barbecue even when the weather is bad. Or sit outside in the evening. The large eat-in kitchen is great for a group of 8-10 people. The quiet on the outskirts is pleasant.
