Nice, clean accommodation with a good view of the lake. Well furnished. Unfortunately the stairs are very steep. Beds on the floor (although with slatted frames) - OK for children

As a family, we had a lovely holiday there. We were given a very friendly welcome. The house was very clean and comfortable and is not far from Lake Constance with a wonderful view of the mountains. There are shops just around the corner.

the house was designed very carelessly, the kitchen has a lower standard, for the price we would have expected a little more comfort. At least a microwave! The shower was not clean, as was the toilet (outside), a new toilet seat would also be appropriate... Cobwebs hung in the door frame. The broom was flattened and totally dirty. The heater in the master bedroom was not working and was not fixed. A bedside light was missing in the small bedroom. Lightbulbs broken

Well located small holiday home on Lake Constance. Cozy interior, with a very nice modern bathroom. The kitchen equipment, on the other hand, is very spartan and equipped. The location of the house is ideal as a starting point for many excursion destinations. There are also great hiking trails nearby. We were there in September and the hikes through the apple orchards and vineyards, always with a view of Lake Constance, were fantastic. However, the WiFi reception was poor.

The holiday village is in a very nice location. House partly very small. In the kitchen only two burner stove. Filling the coffee machine is difficult because of the sloping roof. But a beautiful, large garden with a terrace that invited you to have breakfast, even in colder temperatures. The bedrooms can only be reached via a very steep economy staircase. I would have been scared with children. The beds are extremely low, otherwise there is no space for a narrow passageway. Foam mattress partially too soft.

Good location, ideal for bike tours and also for trips to Ravensburg, Lindau, etc.

Recommended. Lake Constance is worth a trip. The holiday residence is the ideal starting point for every small or large tour. With the Bodensee-Card, buses and trains in the region are free. But a lot can also be reached by car in a short time.

Accommodation was good. Friendly reception Playgrounds for children available. All in all, a nice holiday.

Even if the house was very small (as expected), the view and the beautiful garden made up for everything. The kitchen was functional but very well equipped. The bathroom small but clean. The "chicken ladder" to the upper floor to the mini bedrooms is very steep and had more of a camping feel, but all in all it was great accommodation in a super great location.

The object was as I had imagined, although the stairs to the upper floor took some getting used to. But it was definitely not the last time I was there and I would book again and again.

Everything in order, except for the beds, the mattresses should be renewed are worn out.

The house is very small for 4 people. It's only ok for sleeping. It's very old. The old wood already smells old. Insect screens would not be bad either, if there were any. Terrace furniture was also very old. There was no umbrella. we were lucky that we were out and about every day. Only in the house we could not have endured it.

Both the house in which we lived, as well as the entire facility, we found very nice. The house was nice and functional and had a pleasant atmosphere. The location of the holiday complex is almost perfect, since the lake can be reached in a short walk via an attractive path through a field. Shopping can also be done on foot in the nearby supermarket with a bakery. Immenstaad itself is quite quiet and is very conveniently located, since excursion destinations can be easily reached
