Above Kaltenbach, 2.5 km from the centre, in a sunny position, 7.5 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 7.7 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 3 km, slopes 10 m. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Great accommodation on top of the mountain with great views of the valley. Driving to the property took some getting used to. Very narrow road leading to the property. Very nice quiet location. Very nice landlord. You had everything you needed, even grilling was possible in the garden.

From the terrace we had a fantastic view of the mountains opposite and of the valley. The beds were great, we all slept very well, which was actually not the case in this form on any vacation. The apartment was very clean and everything was plentiful, we didn't miss anything. Even linens were there and the beds were made. The landlord was personable, humorous and always available. All around TOP!

The welcome was very friendly, as was the rest of the conversation throughout the week. The apartment was very clean and in good condition. The equipment was good but we missed one or the other little thing in the kitchen. We were guests with four adults and three children. The apartment was big enough and suitable for our purposes, since we were mainly hiking. The price/performance ratio was very good.

Very nice landlord, everything worked wonderfully and smoothly. There is a star deduction because there weren't that many knives/plates in the kitchen. But it's not the end of the world either. You immediately felt comfortable. We would like to come again.

We booked the apartment for 5 adults and 4 children and a dog. There was enough space. The apartment was totally clean and tidy, there is nothing to complain about at all. Terrace overlooking the valley was super nice. Garden with swings and trampoline was great for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped too. The location was very good for trips. Contact with Mr G. was great. All in all we would recommend the apartment 100%. We like to come back!

Very new furnished, clean and easily accessible bright apartment. Space good enough for 4 adults and 3 children. Kitchen, large bathroom and toilet really great. Pleasantly large terrace. Nice play area for the children in the garden. All in all we had a great vacation and can't fault anything :) also thanks to the very nice hosts.

Nice accommodation and very nice landlord. Were already there for the second time and will definitely be back. You can leave your car parked the entire time thanks to the neighboring entrance to the valley run.
