Upon arrival, the host had provided the key so we could move in right away. The apartment is clean, finished to a high standard, and very spacious. Its central location in the valley, close to supermarkets and the train station, makes it easy to spend the day exploring. We'd love to come back!

Were there with three families. Lots of space and even the children got their own room. Large garden with swing and table tennis. Quiet location. Landlord friendly and brought us extra cooking pots that we asked for:). Accessible by train was a plus.

Had two nice summer weeks. Apartment is very spacious and functional. Some minor defects encountered that could be remedied during the stay. Garden is spacious and nice for the children, officially shared with all apartments, but in practice it was practically not used by the parent appt. Quiet neighborhood and great base for the entire Zillertal. Some comments; the noise from the balcony when people are sitting outside, and €10 p/w for moderate WiFi is not really 2022

Four bedrooms with private shower and toilet facilities. A large kitchen and a large living room with seating furniture. This is an excellent and affordable accommodation for a group of 8 people and 2 children for a skiing holiday. The ski bus stop is just around the corner and three minutes later you are in Kaltenbach. The station is also 5 minutes away from this house. Recommended.

We were very happy with the accommodation. The only downer was the wifi. An extra 10€ was charged for W-Land, even though the reception was only satisfactory in a small area of the apartment. The feeling was very bad, especially in the lounge area of the eat-in kitchen. This should be improved. Otherwise everything was as already mentioned to the fullest satisfaction.
