We felt very comfortable in the villa. Everything was perfect. While we were there, someone wanted to replace the dishwasher, which we didn't like. However, this was accepted, and the replacement didn't take place afterward. Such replacements (except in emergencies) should only take place when the owners are on the property. The house is spacious and, above all, has wonderful views. The entire exterior of the house is a place to enjoy, with two porches, a pool, a lawn, a barbecue, and several outdoor showers.

unfortunately a bit worn. The accommodation is as described, but the "level of wear" is hardly noticeable in the photos. The accommodation is very spacious and the outdoor area is beautifully laid out and functional. The house is reached via an unpaved track, which is quite an adventure with a rental car without four-wheel drive, but of course doable. We were a bit surprised that the "caretaker" was in the garden unannounced at 8 in the morning, looking after the flowers and the pool

Perfect for pets

A nice place to stay, but the way to the accommodation (the last 600 meters) is a disaster. We had two flat tires in one week, even walking speed is too fast. This accommodation is only recommended if you have a rental car!!

The Gardenia holiday home largely met our needs. Access is via a rough track, not suitable for Porsches and the like - the house is detached, and you can hear the disco of a holiday complex nearby. The pool is nice, but the pool lighting was unfortunately broken. Always use mosquito spray outside in the evening. Ideal for dogs because it is fenced in.

House Gardenia is in good location, in walking distance to a beautiful beach. The view from the house is amazing. The pool is perfect. The house itself is nice & cozy. Very good value for the money. The only issue we had was to turn on a TV, but that would be an easy fix.

House well equipped with beautiful sea views. Well-kept pool and garden. Even the large occurrence of flies, ants and wasps could not spoil the overall positive impression of our stay.

The house is in a good location with a great view - all in all a great holiday residence. The access road to the house is bad, the waste disposal is complicated.

Great view and very quiet location. Unfortunately, the condition of the house and the facility in many things (air conditioning, furniture, outdoor furniture, seat cushions, access gate, etc.) is poor and poorly maintained. The facilities are generally old or very modest in relation to the price.
