The olive oil from its production (gift) is very good. If you have trouble finding the house (GPS signal coming and going) the neighbors will help you find it. In short, everything ok, thank you A.

We rented this house with friends for 2.5 weeks. It has a large pool, the two apartments are separate, ideal for a holiday with two families. The facility is complete, everything you need is there. The landlord is very nice and takes care of everything. Even if he lives on the premises, he is always discreetly in the background and never visible. The location is quiet, with terrific views of the countryside. We can definitely recommend the stay.

The pool is large, well maintained, the house is in an olive grove, very relaxing, ideal for trips to Florence, Pisa, Viareggio, Lucca. A car is required on site: the next town can only be reached by car, the owner lives on the property, but is very friendly and nice - that doesn't bother you at all! All in all a super relaxing holiday!

Beautiful House in the silence of the mountains of the toskana! You have everything you need and the Pool is fantastic. This house with 2 appartements is perfect for a big family or friends who wants to relax together in their holidays. The city with everything you need is just view minutes away, the fantastic cities Firenze, Pisa and luca are all reachable in 30-45 minutes through the highway. The Beach of Marina di Vecchiano is in 45 minutes reachable. T. is the best owner you can imagine.

Everything was just like in the pictures, the house, the pool, the garden and the views were spectacular. Landlord was very friendly. We arrived very late in the evening but he still came against us to Montecatini terme center. And in the house, he had put cookies, fruits and wines for us. Very successful vacation overall.

Fantastic location in the middle of an olive grove, great apartments, well equipped, very nice landlord, own pool. The house is a bit difficult to find. Definitely stick to the directions, Google Maps doesn't know all the ways and is misleading. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes by car. We will be back!
