in relation to my expectations, the apartment is well located and well equipped. the small garden is a plus especially with a dog very good reception

Well appointed clean apartment with garden and pool view but no air conditioning or fan fortunately the agent of the Cagnes agency lent us two when we reported it, however dilapidated bathroom dirty and old shower curtain which protects nothing so we soaked the bathroom and plastered the wall which falls and crumbles clogged shower three days we were provided with bathroom destop to be redone on the other hand swimming pool own calm and closed residence close to shops and beaches
