Ponderosa Théoule-sur-Mer, Provence-Alps-French Riviera

Well equipped house. Good outdoor area where we stayed most of the time. The house is not new, so normal wear and tear can be seen. Good and very fast communication with Interhome's hostess. Fantastic view. Located a little far from the nearest shopping / town with shops.

Partly worn, bed linen has to be paid for extra despite high rent, one hairdryer for three bathrooms, refrigerator with rust bubbles, age of the house makes it impossible to clean properly, duvets look like they haven't been cleaned for a long time, fabric bed frame with brown edges, mold in the bathroom, artificial grass around the pool, the villa is high on the mountain in an old residential complex with plenty of renovation noise all around, it takes 8 minutes to get to the main road, supermarkets 30-40 minutes away

You have to drive a little to reach the accommodation on the mountain, but that is what leads to a great location for us and a great view of the landscape and the sea. Clearly recommended.

The view from the house is amazing! Nice pool! Unfortunately, both the furniture and the garden were a bit worn! Example: hanging sockets, tall weeds obscuring the view ... could be designed more beautifully! Handover etc worked great!

House very well located, the view is exceptional and represents the major asset of this rental; Pleasant swimming pool and terrace. Some points need to be improved in the house, in particular the condition of the closet in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the connections of the air conditioner.

- location and view are great - getting there can be a bit confusing for uninformed people - driveway to the house, very, very steep (!) - parking in front of the house is no problem - kitchen very well furnished - bedroom with a beautiful view - both bathrooms are modern and clean - WiFi perfect - large terrace with a great view and a large electric awning (top!) - nice and clean pool - enough sun loungers are available - a bit "grey" from the outside, perfect for a holiday home on the inside - handing over the keys perfectly

I don't think it goes any higher. The ride up was spectacular, but then the driveway to the house - abnormal. Steep driveway is really not an exaggeration! The house has everything you need. Nicely renovated. We cleaned it again ourselves. We also bring our own coffee maker. We don't want that. Something like that is definitely not cleaned. On the duvets and pillows were unfortunately hair - a bit disgusting - but oh well. I would like my own bed linen in a holiday home anyway

Great view, driveway is really very steep, shopping is only possible in the larger towns.

A spacious house with a great view. The facilities were good and so was the care.

The location of the house is amazing! We had problems with the electricity, but the landlord accommodated us and did not charge us for electricity, despite the electric heating, because he only wanted to solve the problem after our stay so as not to disturb us. We found that to be very fair. Kitchen in good condition, bathroom and toilet are new, bedroom is small but functional.
