Good sized apartment but a bit run down, dated furniture and accessories, dated and damaged shutters and doors. Poor cleaning, balcony cleaning in very bad condition pigeon and bat droppings present in quantity. Internal cleaning left much to be desired. With more care it could become a nice apartment.
