The apartment's location was super central. You can walk to the beach and shops. The train connections are also excellent, and the stop is a quick walk away. The apartment has everything you need. It was just a shame that there was no salt or rinse aid in the dishwasher, so it didn't wash properly. We washed the dishes by hand, which our previous occupants didn't do. The comforters were fluffy blankets, not duvets.

The apartment was dirty when we arrived. Dust bunnies under the bed, hair on the floor, poorly washed dishes, we had to wash everything again. Note that the air conditioning is only in one room and in hot weather there is no air. When we arrived we were told that we had to empty the bucket with the water from the air conditioning and water the flowers. Average! The parking space is not allocated so be careful too. The apartment is dilapidated and not worth its price.
