It’s hard not to get a good view at this modern Provençal villa. Designed to bring the outside in, there are plenty of spots for chatting, lounging or dining plus a pool that seems to spill into the landscape. You might not want to move much further than the pétanque court, but if you do, there are hiking and cycling trails nearby, a handful of golf courses to pick from, or a leisurely route into Montauroux for a long lunch. It’s a tough life – but someone’s got to live it.
Home truths: *This home isn’t suitable for large groups under thirty – it’s more relaxed retreat than raucous getaway.
*Between the private pétanque court and the (unpictured) fitness bike, you’ve got no excuse not to move a little – even if it’s just to the drinks fridge.
*Montauroux is just 1 kilometre away and makes for a lovely stroll, but to really explore the region, a car’s your best bet – good thing there’s plenty of parking on-site.
