This west-facing Art Deco villa offers wonderful views over the sea and the Saint Mandrier peninsula. The vistas can be enjoyed from the terrace, the balcony, the Mediterranean garden and from inside, too. The home is divided between the main house and a self-contained studio with its own access on the lower floor. So, this place is perfect for families and friends. We love the main suite too, with its balcony. Another highlight is the location. At the end of the garden, there’s a gate which gives access to the beach, a three-minute walk away. Or explore the small village of Pradet, with its lively square.
