Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and shower. Exit to the garden. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. One unit of this property type is laid out on 2 floors. The costs for WIFI are always given for one device. Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 09.Apr. - 05.Nov.). In the complex: reception, WiFi. Bread roll service. The pool was not heated. Holidays at the beginning of October. Heating visibly broken down for a long time. In any case we were told that they no longer heat the pools. Sunbeds were in poor condition. The villa and the garden were clean. We see a lack of reinvestment.

Very nice house and location. Too bad the lack of maintenance, dilapidation of certain small things. Deckchairs no longer very stable, traces on the walls, rusty towel dryer Bathroom, no scissors in the kitchen, dishwasher face missing, condition of the exterior shutters,..., clean but lack of maintenance in any case on house number 25. Large garage but not practical.

We had a very good stay (accommodation no25). A downside: access to the garage (very spacious) difficult, but a parking space right next to the villa. Price of electricity fixed (60€ per week) and not according to consumption. Heating by reversible air conditioner not ideal in the cold season. Everything great! Contactless and unproblematic check-in, clean and well-kept! Checking out also went smoothly. Work should be done on the WiFi. Costs €30 for 7 days and often had dropouts! Nevertheless, again at any time!

Villa 25, drawbacks: lighting partially broken, unfortunately also pool lighting. Grill: cracks, but should be replaced soon (it used to be Weber grills). Dishwasher bezel missing but worked. Washing machine defective, was replaced with a new one. 1 sun lounger broken in the head area. Because of the shortcomings, I had negotiated a free final cleaning on site (I was traveling alone). But I had also paid a proud EUR 2066 for the time. No suitable dustbin for waste separation.

In the high season, the price would definitely not be worth it for the somewhat outdated condition of the house, in September it is acceptable. Beautiful facility, absolute privacy, inventory not quite complete and unfortunately a bit worn, but ok. Disadvantage: the mattresses are old and real back killers, we complained, but none were exchanged in the 2 weeks. WLAN must be booked for a fee of EUR 50.00 (for 2 weeks), runs through an external provider.

The location and the equipment of the house was perfect. The private pool was ideal with children. The size of the house is also perfectly fine. However, the price increase from 2020 to 2021 was enormous. Since no innovations were recognizable, not justified.

Kitchen is partly sparse and cheaply furnished. But the fridge with icemaker and cold water was 1A. The living space is smaller than the specified 110 m2 and should be around 85-90 m2. The rooms have separately controllable air conditioners, which we really appreciated. On arrival, the garden and pool lighting didn't work, which was fixed within a day. Mattresses, blankets and pillows must be put on by yourself. Expensive wifi.

The condition of our villa was most satisfactory. The house made a rather shabby and poorly maintained impression. The pool dirty due to a not intact filter system. The cleaning and addition of chlorine was then carried out once "manually" by a requested service technician. The garden lighting was broken and could not be repaired. The grill was broken. Initially there were 3 sun loungers, one of which was broken. This was exchanged for 2 new ones

Very beautiful villa, well furnished with great taste. The only downside is that the catalog shows a villa with a swimming pool in front of the terrace, whereas depending on the villa, it can be on the side. Small disappointment at the time quickly forgotten afterwards, because pleasant setting and not overlooked despite it not being heated.

Exterior maintenance nil, tree not pruned, poorly maintained swimming pool, and villa 6 not waterproof. Interior maintenance moderately clean, cobwebs and dirty vmc grid. The amount of glasses for 6 people is too tight (no Whiskey glasses, beer), 4 bowls. The portal at the entrance of the house and the residence not functional. The price for a pet is excessive.

A beautiful villa n°20 well located. Be careful, however, not to let the equipment deteriorate without maintenance or renewal: 4 worn pool deckchairs, swimming pool which leaks and requires a supply of new water every day, TV double room obsolete.

The services are not worth the price. A big lack of interior and exterior maintenance We had a long stay of 4 weeks in two houses 1st point: house 16 was not ready when we arrived. So they gave us house 26. A disaster!!!! 2nd point: after a week house 11 was assigned to us. The swimming pool is leaking: water is poured into it several times a day so the water is always cold. The house is in a terrible state.

What a pleasure to see mimosas and almond trees in bloom already in January! Finally colors after the White-Black-Grey of the Swiss Pre-Alps! Note however... not easy to stay in a large house with reversible air conditioning as the only heating. Thanks to the Interhome de Villars team for their great advice. On the other hand, on the spot the customer service is almost absent... but very friendly on arrival and departure. Note again, internet access was not possible due to the malfunction of the connection at the time of payment on site.

In the meantime this was our sixth stay in the area. Unfortunately, we were not able to move into our dream villa this time due to the lack of transmission from Interchalet. On site, however, an acceptable solution was found by the extremely friendly and helpful Estivel employee. The villa was without complaint. It is to be hoped that a general renovation will now take place, since the furnishings (beds, etc.) are getting old.

The house is spacious, very quiet and very clean. The artificial turf takes some getting used to, but has many advantages. The pool is also very well maintained. Only the garden loungers are past their prime. Are pretty uncomfortable. The key handover on arrival and departure was absolutely problem-free. We will come back.

Unfortunately we had to notice some shortcomings. When we arrived the house was quite dirty and we had to clean it first. There were also ants in the kitchen, we complained to estivel and got no answer. The lights in the kitchen were also broken. All in all, it should definitely be renovated. We brought our vacation here for the fourth time in the fall. The service is still without complaint, the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. The villas are spacious and equipped with everything you need. However, a renovation should slowly be considered. The beds and living room furniture in particular have seen their better days. The equipment plus points have also steadily decreased over the years. The pool was heated at the beginning, but not anymore /Week.
