La Salesse

Located in the heart of the Correze region, on a hillside with panoramic views, away from the hustle and bustle, in complete peace and quiet, with plenty of space: the gîte is fantastic. Surrounded by rolling hills, the roads are narrow, and there's plenty to see if you enjoy driving. The old stone house has character, is well-developed, and very comfortable. It even has underfloor heating. Booking, contact, arrival, and departure all went smoothly. We are very grateful and very, very satisfied.

The holiday home is well maintained and spacious. The view from the terrace is unique. Comfortable garden chairs and loungers are available. Meyssac is a pleasant community where you can eat well and shop. The Friday market is particularly worthwhile. There are several "Les plus beaux villages de France" in the area that are worth visiting.

Really a great location; clean - fully equipped - pure tranquility.

Ideal for nature lovers, solitude on the hill, former farm. Wonderful evenings on the terrace with a view of the countryside and the stars. Many historical attractions nearby. It was a great vacation.

We found a clean and very well-kept house. The peace is unique and you can relax absolutely well. The surrounding area is also interesting and very diverse.

Well-equipped apartment, very nicely located (out of the way, but that was known beforehand). Landlord nice, but very meticulous and official. Everything exactly according to the rules. Corona-related (unfortunately) very clinical accommodation (no brochures, etc.), no leftovers (salt, pepper, etc.) from previous guests, no tea towels (probably so in the contract). A bathroom for up to 6 people may be tight...

A beautiful, quietly located and comfortable holiday home with a magnificent view. The house is well maintained and very clean. In the area you can take beautiful walks or visit nice towns.

It was just gorgeous. The location of the house, the quiet, the cleanliness (which also meets the most German requirements), the generous furnishings, the comfort, the beauty of the house in the landscape - everything is just perfect. If you can't switch off and relax here, you need medical help. Meyssac is down in the valley and offers everything you need for shopping, including a small weekly market. The terrace is the enlarged living room and the view is priceless.

Very nice above Meyssac and above all very quiet. The accommodation itself is nicely furnished - nothing is missing. In the evenings, deer, wild boar and fox can be watched from the terrace on the pasture below the house. Plenty of destinations can be reached by car in the near and far (historical truffle train in Martel, Sarlat-la-Canéda, Tours de Merle, castles & gardens in the Dordogne valley and ...) It was like 2015 , another dream vacation.
