When we arrived there were boxes and deodorant caps on our balcony. The Jacuzzi is very often green and poorly maintained. When we arrived we had the impression that the site was abandoned. Lack of entertainment. When we ask for information at reception they prioritize phone calls to the people in front of them which I found very inappropriate. The site needs a refresh, the floor around the pool is damaged and dangerous, the facade of the buildings is dilapidated.
