Les Hameaux de l'Océan 22 Carcans Plage, Nouvelle-Aquitaine

We were absolutely not happy...the only thing that was good was the proximity to the ocean and the wonderful place Carcans Plage...the accommodation, well, there was no curtain on the door, anyone who walked past could look in and there were endless flies in the apartment...in the bathroom there was mold in the shower and on the curtain...the appliances in the kitchen were broken and dirty...we won't go there anymore because you can also rent from private individuals and it's not better maintained, which we were able to see for ourselves...

The apartment did not correspond to the description and the pictures in the advertisement, it was a completely different apartment, we were very disappointed. In addition, we had to pick up the key in the next town (Lacanau) and bring it back, about 15 minutes drive from the apartment. Overall the facility was pretty run down.
