The distances to the beach and shops are correct. You can park next to the house. Large, well-kept garden. The house is old and in dire need of renovation. The landlord is very nice, but is overworked. Cleanliness: could be better. Mold in the fridge. Long hair on the floor. Windows not cleaned. Disposable bed linen, beds not made. Not enough storage space for clothes. Conclusion: not worth the price!

The whole apartment looks old. The bathroom and toilet upstairs no longer meet today's standards. The shower tub showed rust spots, in the joints showed signs of mold. The water flow of the shower head is very economical. The water in the toilet cistern flushes too slowly and drips for a long time.
