Top location because residence close to a superb beach and 800m from the center of Ile Rousse! But the accommodations deserve to be renovated and maintained. Cleaning not done all week in the corridors and it really needed it!

Back in this residence of Ile Rousse, where we had already been. No frills, swimming pool, beach 50m away, lovely sea view from the terrace, what more could you ask for. Very pleasant town center nearby. One can only regret the more and more rutted road which leads to the residence, and to others; it will soon be more passable!

Housing well located 30 meters from the beach by a small path. The accommodation is similar to that shown in the photos with fewer details: simpler layout, no armchair, no shelves, no window in the bathroom...

Nice apartment, very simple but nice, with all the necessary utensils for cooking. Very cool, never used air conditioning! Owner person really kind and available for any need. The location is excellent: two steps from the beach of Ile Rousse (very beautiful), 400/500 meters from the center. Free parking right in front of the property.

Accommodation in a great location - only a few meters to the beach/promenade - but very old. Furnishings really just functional. The pool is attractive in itself, but the circulation (as a "fountain") runs almost all day and can be perceived as annoying.
