The cottage has a lot of charm, but things were missing: -- The outdoor table and chairs in the photo are not really there. There's just a rusty metal table. -- Some dishes, pans and the freezer were not clean. -- There are only three small wine glasses. -- Some would expect to receive a small gift on arrival - flowers in a vase or a bottle of wine, but there was nothing. For the asking price, we were rather disappointed.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation and can see the charm of an old, beautifully restored house, then this is the right place for you.

Comfortable and spacious house, tastefully decorated with fully enclosed garden. Kitchen is small but adequate for simple meal preparation. Lounge/dining room is spacious and warm and we were very impressed by the pellet wood burning stove. Garden furniture allows you to eat and relax in the peaceful garden. Location is good for châteaux, with Chaumont and Amboise close by. We'd definitely recommend this property.

Warm welcome, tasteful house combining cachet and cosiness. Rotten summer but fortunately we felt good in this place.

Very charming house with everything you need! Ideal for dogs as the garden is fenced! We started our bike rides from there! Very nice landlord!

If you want to make a few excursions in the area by car, but are otherwise looking for a particularly idyllic, rural accommodation, this is the place for you.

The house has been very tastefully remodeled respecting the old beams, large fireplaces and narrow staircases and furnished with lots of charm. Everything has style and is very lovingly decorated. The reception by the friendly owner was very friendly. The location is quiet, all sights are easy to reach. A really feel-good house.
