Apartment consistent with photos and description. Stay for 4, 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child. Can sometimes be a little noisy in the evening (overlooking the street) and in the early morning (morning deliveries from the adjoining mini-market). Small but pleasant swimming pool in the heart of the residence. Possibility of underground parking or in front of the terrace. Agence Résasol attentive and responsive to requests. Holidays rhyming with tolerance, overall positive opinion.

Nice, clean and recent apartment, very well equipped. TB bedding with downside for the sofa bed in the living room. Great location. Extra environment for almost car-free holidays. Overall calm and pleasant area. Swimming pool/jacuzzi good (water too chlorinated however).

The recent residence is well placed, the apartments are pleasant. The maintenance of the exterior deserves more attention. Indeed, sand and weeds have no place in this pleasant space, careful cleaning is necessary.

No garage, no reserved parking space (public), noisy terrace near the street and campsite opposite (lots of young people, surfers, all nationalities), young alcoholic revelers singing in the street at night!! Lots of vehicles passing through during the day because shops are close and the north beach, otherwise new apartment, very well equipped, on the other hand, Resasol agency reception for the keys is pathetic, cleaning not finished at 4 p.m., confusion in terms of services, contradictory information..

Location on the ground floor overlooking the street suddenly no access to underground parking, we had to park in the street (when there was space!). No access to the swimming pool (is there one?). Wifi accessible for a single device (more at extra cost).
