Excellent location.. Plenty of things to do despite Covid restrictions. Very well equipped and owners on hand if needed but not intrusive.

Had a wonderful stay in Flint Cottage.. It was extremely, clean, tidy and comfortable. It had all the amenities to have a home from home stay. The local town was a 5min walk with shops, restaurants and bars, so no need to drive to have a meal and drinks. The only thing I would point out is the stairs within the cottage were very steep and narrow, which was not a problem for myself or my partner, but may be for others. Would definately stay again.

Me and my partner decided to have a getaway in Norfolk. After spending a lot of time researching different places, we decided to go with Flint Cottage and let me say we weren't disappointed. Firstly, given the COVID-19 situation, extra care and consideration had been given to the cleanliness of the property before our arrival. Clear instructions had been printed for any queries we may have had. The owners also took the time to laminate the instructions as well as helpful bits of information like takeaway leaflets and local attractions. The cottage itself is cosy and very suitable for a couple who are looking to get away for a few days. It has all of the amenities needed for a short break including a dishwasher (to my delight). There were also supplies added like dishwasher tablets, soaps, washing liquid and kitchen surface cleaner so I didn't need to buy anything (aside from the beer ). All in all it was a fantastic stay and great experience and we will definitely be returning at some point next year.

The cottage is lovely and ideal for exploring Norfolk and the surrounding area.. We have no hesitation in recommending Flint Cottage for anyone who wants to stay in this area - and would heartily recommend the Stratton Hotel for an evening meal (we went twice in a week)

We went at Christmas and the cottage was surprisingly dressed for Christmas, I don't think it said that in the description but it should! - with an imitation tree lit up and festive goodies crackers, sweets, biscuits left for us and much appreciated. The stairs were steep and twist around, as it says in the description but there aren't many to climb. The cottage was warm and cosy. A well equipped kitchen apart from cloths to wipe the kitchen surfaces. Great to have the lawn and garden for the dog, which we always cleared up after. Would be even nicer and safer for children and animals, if the garden area and gravel paths in front of the cottages had been enclosed with a small picket fence and gate, from the double car port area. The noise from the road was heard but as we went Christmas it wasn't very busy, it was nice to hear the church bells. Swaffham has everything one needs really even a Waitrose! Very impressed with the North Norfolk coast and Sandringham Estate. we may return! Many thanks to the owners.

This is a lovely cottage with a beautiful lawned garden at the rear.. It is relatively spacious and well-equipped and has a lot of character. It is within very easy walking distance of the town centre but is unfortunately on a reasonably busy road that means that the bedroom window opens out not onto the peaceful garden but onto this busy thoroughfare. However the road is quite quiet at night. The owner Rosemary popped around twice during our week to check we were OK, which was nice and also offered advice on places to visit. We had a wonderful time and would consider going back.

Well heated, good lighting, comfortable mattress and sofa - essentials for a comfortable stay.. Located centrally yet minimal disturbance from traffic noise. Because of the age of the building (18th century) clients need to be aware of the very narrow, steep stairs leading to the bedroom and bathroom.

Cottage was very clean, tidy and well presented.. Everything we needed, and more, was already there which was really helpful -even down to small details like milk and hand cream. It was in a good location close to amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage, the main reason we wouldn't go back is difficulty in climbing very steep staircase.. One reccomendation, we found lack of pegs/space for hanging outdoor coats, especially if they are wet.

The situation of the cottage was excellent for touring around Norfolk. The owner visited us on day 2 in order to ensure everything was ok. It certainly was, but her visit was very much appreciated.

An immaculate cottage. All amenities and information was extremely good. A cosy cottage and a very restful stay. The location was ideal as it was central to all the places we visited, for example; Sandringham, Norwich and Ely.

My partner and I had booked this cottage for a 3 night stay. Such a gorgeous cottage and it has everything you need. Unfortunately as our dogs didn't settle we had to leave the same day we arrived which is a shame. Its a lovely cosy cottage and we felt very welcome

A beautiful little cottage, perfect for couples. It was well presented, clean and tidy throughout and had a very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Provided a very detailed, well put together information guide and plenty of leaflets to get out and explore local attractions!

This is a very comfortable and well equipped cottege and in a very good location. There are two large supermarkets just up the road and Swaffham is quite central for exploring the North Norfolk coastal region and Thetford forest. Our only issue was that we had not appreciated that this cottage is linked to the cottage next door (which is also to rent), by a door in the bedroom. Whilst we were not concerned about the security, noise from the bedroom of the next door cottage did bother us. We could hear our neighbour having conversations with others and on his phone as well as his alarm going off in the morning. We felt very conscious about the impact on our privacy as a result. We talked to the owner about this and she said they would look into trying to improve sound proofing. How much this would bother you is for you to decide. However, the cottage otherwise is really cosy.

For me and my partner who are away from each other a lot of the year this was the perfect little cottage for us.. It felt homely and warm. We didn't want to go far but just far enough to spend quality time together. Our dog settled in very well and I think she was sad to return home after all our fabulous walks which we had recommended to us. Also there were plenty of guide brochures at hand for us to see what was local to us to do at this time of year. We will definitely book again in the near future. The cottage was kept very neat and cleaned to a very high standard.
