Overall, we rate the stay very positively. beautiful place with good accessibility to many locations. The cottage is well equipped and maintained inside. each floor has its own bathroom. Outdoor seating and the nearby river is a beautiful thing. An ideal alternative for a larger group of people who don't want to just be locked up in a hotel. We were three families in the cottage and everything was done without any problems.

The house was comfortable, a bit old (which didn't bother us) and spacious for the number of people allowed. Since the advertisement said "not all rooms have heating," we took fan heaters with us. However, there was a heat source in each room. Thank God!!! This information would have been very helpful. Unfortunately, the internet reception was very bad, but you can live with that for 3 days.

If you can live with a few blemishes and creaking wooden floorboards, you will find a house with cozy bedrooms and bathrooms that are small but mostly quite modern. The downstairs kitchen and dining room are spacious but quite dark and dated. Only the bedroom on the ground floor is not usable because there is mold. The large garden with "own" river bank is made for nice evenings or meals together. Very accommodating management, very nice!

The overall stay was quite nice, but terrible customer service spoiled our experience. Owners were often entering the house unannounced. On the last day they came shouting at everyone 40 minutes before the checkout not wearing respirators (it is mandatory here). We were still packing our stuff, others were having breakfast. Later, they even blocked the road with the tractor so we couldn't leave, because not every dish was in the same cupboard as before. It was a stressful ending to our holiday.

A nice and super clean house on a stream, beautiful valley with many hiking opportunities. The road, (located at the height of the upper floor), is not disturbing. Good space outside, campfire spot, enough outdoor chairs. Good beds, well renovated bathrooms. Living room with wood burning stove. Relatively small kitchen with a much too small dishwasher. We all amply present. That would have to be adjusted! And wifi =:-( Very friendly welcome / farewell. Supermarkets are a 15-minute drive away.

The house stands alone on a creek. Anyone who loves nature and seclusion... is in good hands at "Haus Farm Eben". Unfortunately, the children's swing is not properly attached.

positive: + idyllic location by the stream + detached house, no immediate neighbors + ski bus stop very close + bathrooms new and very clean negative: - no bread roll service (must be picked up locally) - sauna does not get hot, max. 75 degrees when used by only 1 person - NO WLAN and poor reception - Parking lot in front of the house not fixed - Manager very unfriendly, came in twice unannounced, ...

The house is beautifully situated. The bus to Mayrhofen stops 50 m away. The road above the house to Ginzling does not bother you, as there is little traffic. The house is simply furnished and clean. You have to keep the ovens going so that it stays warm in the living room and kitchen. But no problem with the dry wood that is plentiful in the woodshed. The lighting in the kitchen and living room could be more comfortable. The sauna doesn't get really hot at -1 C. With plenty of infusion it works

Very "rustic" and shabby. Really bad network reception. WiFi can only be received to some extent on the 2nd floor, but unfortunately not always :–(
