Vermell Apartment 8

We've been renting this property for several years now for several reasons. It's located on the 8th floor, on the seafront. You step out of the building and you're on the beach. And of course, that comes at a price. Otherwise, mismatched dishes, cheap appliances, a sewer smell in the shower room, stained chairs and sofa, everything is minimal. Now there's also reversible air conditioning, an internet box, and with Inter Home, bedding made with clean sheets.

The apartment is okay, the problem is customer service. The fridge didn't work, the shower was leaking water as well as the water heater. We stayed for 21 days. 3 days before we left they asked us if the maintenance guys could come and check... after 18 days with a fridge that didn't cool and a shower that flooded the bathroom

The bathroom has only been partially renovated. The shower cubicle is leaky and the floor floods after every use. The drains smell extremely like sewage and spread throughout the apartment. Cross-ventilation is not possible due to the lack of windows. The chairs are dirty and the dishes cannot be used. There are no bed linens. We left early!
