The West Wing, a single-storey annexe, consists of an open-plan living space with a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney+, as well as DB radio, dining seating for two, breakfast bar seating two, electric combination oven and grill and microwave, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The bedroom is king-size, and there is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with patio, lawn, and off-road parking for one car (additional space available on request). WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Guests can find the closest shop in 1.3 miles, and a pub in 0.9 miles.
