Located in a quiet neighbourhood, this home puts you within strolling distance of Leamington Spa's historic centre and a ten-minute drive from the charming town of Warwick. Inside it's simply decorated, but cosy – perfect for snuggling up after a busy day of sightseeing. There’s even an office if you’re planning to work remotely, along with a double sofa bed for extra guests. In the warmer months, the leafy garden is just the spot for alfresco lunches or evening drinks. And when you're in the mood for adventure, hiking and cycling trails wind through the surrounding Warwickshire countryside.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the office.
*There's an unfenced pond in the garden here. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Starter toiletries are provided. However, you will want to stock up on other essentials such as coffee and tea, as these are not included.
