The open-plan living area includes a kitchen housing an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a Smart TV and dining area, while the utility room has a washing machine. The bedrooms include a super-king-size (zip/link) with Smart TV and en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC and a double with Smart TV and en-suite shower. To the outside is an enclosed patio garden with hot tub, a cycle rack for six bikes, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles there is a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property does not accept pets or smoking. Cobblers Barn is a lovely escape, whatever time of year. Please kindly note: Short breaks are only accepted for Mon-Fri / Fri-Mon stays

Area
Large settlement Martham is well situated halfway between the Norfolk Broads and the ocean. With a few bars, a post office, numerous stores, and a convenience store, the community is well-served. The community also boasts a wonderful village green with a pond, a number of charming homes, and an old church. You may reach a stunningly serene and undeveloped area of the Norfolk broads and the River Thurne by taking a short stroll from the village centre. West Somerton is a great location nearby for fishing, strolling, animal viewing, boating, or simply taking in the breathtaking surroundings, which include numerous uninhabited sandy beaches.

Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Just returned from a 4-night stay at the amazing Cobblers Barn. This is truly a home from home - beautiful setting and wonderful accommodation. The hosts have thought about everything you need for a truly relaxing break. A setting of indulgence. The accommodation has a ground floor that was perfect for our elderly parents - everything accessible and was perfect in every way. The stylish bedroom and en-suite was situated at the end of the property with an adjoining corridor that links to the spacious kitchen/dining area and extremely comfortable large lounge area. The adjoining corridor also led to a downstairs toilet and utility room with washing machine and cleaning equipment. The kitchen is a modern communal area with modern facilities and preparation area. A great place for family gathering. The lounge consists of a spacious seating area with smart TV - games and books are also available. The patio doors open up to a patio area where the ready prepared hot tub was a welcomed bonus - a great way to relax. The hosts were fantastic and made sure this was treated and ready to use each day. The master bedroom is situated upstairs - an open plan beautiful area to relax - again with smart TV and adjoining en-suite with shower and luxurious bath. Towels were provided along with all bed linen. The hosts made our holiday experience perfect - with freshly made bread on arrival, tea and coffee, and milk ready in the fridge - absolutely perfect after a long drive. I couldn’t recommend The Cobblers Barn highly enough - a true gem!

Beautiful well furnished home with excellent attention to detail making a very welcoming holiday experience. The hosts were lovely and a brilliant welcome pack including home baked bread. Lots of valuable information on how to use all appliances, helpful hints on where to visit, eat and local amenities. Lovely rural setting with all amenities close to hand. A great experience
