The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, with en-suite bath and shower rooms respectively, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, along with ample off-road parking. Within 4 miles, you will find Wroxham Train Station, within 2.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.4 miles, a pub and please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. Hoveton & Wroxham are twin villages lying either side of the tranquil River Bure in Norfolk, commonly referred to as the “Capital of the Broads” and is the main centre for boating on the Broads. The villages are home to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as numerous boating emporia. Hoveton & Wroxham is home to a railway station with trains regularly running to Norwich or the coast, or you can spend a day on the Bure Valley Railway, a narrow gauge steam and diesel service running between the market town of Aylsham and Wroxham. The local area offers a wide choice of places to visit from craft barns and beautiful gardens to National Trust properties and Redwings Horse Sanctuary.
