This Victorian mid-terrace has four bedrooms, three doubles and a bunk (accessed via one of the doubles), along with two shower rooms, a cloakroom, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a sitting room, and a snug/play room. Appliances include an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washing machine, and for entertainment, there are three Smart TVs, WiFi, Nintendo Wii, and games. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio and roadside parking to the front. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome downstairs only. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach all within 0.3 miles. Seaside House makes an ideal escape for a family break to Norfolk.

Gorleston-on-Sea lies between Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth on the east coast of Norfolk, offering a lovely Blue Flag sandy beach where you can enjoy safe swimming and sandcastle building while watching the passing boats and wind surfers. Take a stroll or jog along its attractive promenade enjoying wonderful cliff gardens with bowling greens and tennis courts. Gorleston-on-Sea also has its own working lighthouse, pavilion with seaside shows, amusement park, a good selection of shops, restaurants and public houses. Family fun can be found in the nearby town of Great Yarmouth and the surrounding local area offers a wide selection of attractions just awaiting your exploration. Within easy driving distance are the beautiful Norfolk Broads, where you can spend a day messing about on the river in one of the boats available for hire. Just a few miles and you are in Suffolk offering quaint little villages, river harbours and attractive heathlands. A perfect base offering something for every family member.
