Outside you'll find an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture and storage, and roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and River Glaven in 1.5 miles. Enjoy a Norfolk nook in Forge House. Note: Steep steps to the interior and exterior, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. This property has a good housekeeping bond of GBP300

Cley Next The Sea (Cley), a North Norfolk based village was originally renowned for its trading port, yet today is known for its breath-taking nature reserve, the Cley Marshes, nestled within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Home to a deli, the Picnic Fayre, The Cley Smokehouse, and two pubs, the village has all the essentials for both locals and visitors, whilst the nature reserve offers the perfect setting to hike, birdwatch and take in the stunning, Norfolk coastline. For further amenities and attractions, head to nearby Blakeney, to traverse the National Trust grounds of the Blakeney National Nature Reserve, board a seasonal Beans Seal Trip, or travel east to take in the golden sands of Salthouse Beach. Sheringham is also a must-visit, where you can enjoy a stroll around the boating lake, practise your swing at the local golf club, brush up on your local knowledge at Sheringham Museum or follow the Norfolk Coast Path towards Cromer, Sidestrand, and Mundesley.
