Nestled beside the tranquil waters of the Norfolk Broads, this stay is perfectly placed for groups keen to explore the surrounding trails. The real draw here is the unique location, with cycle routes, hiking paths and Wroxham Barns all within easy reach. While the interior of the property is slightly less inspiring, you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a roomy lounge with a fireplace for cosy evenings in. Outside, there’s lots of space for fun, games and stargazing after dark, along with a heated seasonal pool where we imagine the heart of the action will unfold during the summer months.

*There's an unfenced pond in the garden here. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
The pool is heated and is open from 23rd of May to 18th September.
*Small well-behaved dogs are welcome in some areas of the property.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
