The beautiful Rutland Water is just 15 miles away offering fishing, water sports and 24 miles of biking and walking trails and the all weather family theme park Twin Lakes is 5 miles away. Eye Kettleby Lakes Clubhouse is a short walk away offering breakfast, lunch, evening drinks and entertainment, and the Off the Beaten Path Coffee Shop is nearby. Take a few steps up into the stunning open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
